The stunning leaves of our ‘Red Callaloo’ Spinach are the ultimate superfood. The tender
sweet & nutty tasting leaves are one of the most nutritiously dense foods we’ve come across, high in protein and packed with a wide spectrum of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. It is believed to be of Aztec origin and part of the Amaranth family so strictly speaking not a Spinach.
About the Partner
The Greenheart Farm had very humble beginnings. 20 years ago, Greenheart founder Elena Kinane started out on her apartment balcony in Bur Dubai!! Recovering from a chronic illness she was determined to eat only the freshest organic Greens. Coming from an eco-friendly background she grew up surrounded by vegetable patches and fruit trees.
