How do I register?

  • You can register by clicking on the “Login” button at the top of the home page.
  • Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, and submit the registration form.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message on your registered Email ID which you had provided in the form. Click on the link and you will be successfully registered with FreshOnTable.

Do I need to provide my email and phone number to register with FreshOnTable?

You'll need only a valid email ID to register with FreshOnTable. We strongly recommend updating both your email and phone number in your profile before you place an order. This way all the communication made by FreshOnTable  will be done through the email and/or phone shared by you.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on FreshOnTable?

Click on the 'Guest Checkout' to complete your FreshOnTable order without registering on our site. However customers registered on our FreshOnTable site will be kept in the know regarding new products, promotions and loyalty programs.

How do I edit/delete an address?

You can edit or add additional delivery addresses if required in you profile settings and upon checkout.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on FreshOnTable  using the following modes of payment:
a. Credit or Debit Card Online
b. Credit or Debit Card On Delivery
c. Cash on Delivery

Can I Cancel or Modify my order?

You can contact our support team at support@freshontable.com for any modifications or cancellations. Any modifications or cancellations are at the sole discretion of FreshOnTable Team.

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

The amount will be refunded to your bank account. In case of credit card payments, we can also credit the money back to your credit card. Please contact customer support at support@freshontable.com for any further assistance regarding this issue.

Do you have offline stores?

No. We are a purely online marketplace and do not have any brick and mortar stores.

Why is there a Minimum order amount for consumers on FreshOnTable?

An AED 100 minimum/order helps us create a sustainable business, both environmentally and operationally. You can buy from as many sellers as you want from our marketplace in a single order and FOT will be delivering the freshest products directly from the farms.

How do I apply a Coupon Code?

Available Coupon Codes can be found on the checkout page. You can apply the coupon from one of the available coupons in the list or type down a coupon if you already know the code.

Where can I find my order receipt?

Your order receipt will be emailed to you via your registered email ID. If you can’t find it, please check your Spam Folder.

Transaction failed but money got deducted from my bank account. What shall I do?

Payment can fail due to multiple reasons: Network issues, browser issues, OTP not received on time etc. Typically in case of a failed payment you should be redirected to the cart, but in some cases the browser gets stuck at one page or the page might break due to increased load time.
Not to worry, your money is safe!
For any failed transaction the money will automatically get refunded into your account in 7 working days.

Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on FreshOnTable is free of cost.

How do I reset my password?

You need to click on 'forgot password' on the Login Page. Enter the email which you used to register the account and press submit. An e-mail will be sent to that email address which you can use to change your password. 

If I pay by credit card, how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

If we or the sellers are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your bank account. Please contact our customer support team at support@freshontable.com and we will refund it back on to your card.

As a buyer, how can I get the products delivered to my door?

During checkout, the buyers can see the delivery dates and once the order is placed, we’ll happily fulfill it and deliver to your doorstep. :)

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Unfortunately, you can NOT modify or change the delivery location of the order once it is placed. Only during emergency situations or unforeseeable circumstances, you can contact our support team at support@freshontable.com for any modifications in delivery addresses. Any modifications or changes are at the sole discretion of FreshOnTable Team.

What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?

In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can contact our customer support team and we will support you with your request. We request you to report any quality/quantity related issues to our Customer Care team at support@freshontable.com within the first 4 hours of accepting delivery of the order. Please share the image of the damaged products.

The fish/chicken/vegetables I ordered does not look exactly like the photos displayed in the app?

Please note that the size and color of the products may or may not resemble the picture shown on the site. The images can be for representational purposes and solely owned by the seller of the product.

How do I raise a claim with customer service for any of the Guarantees - Delivery Guarantee, Quality Guarantee?

If you face any issues with price, quality or delivery of products we will take every measure to address the issue and make it up to you. Please contact our customer support team at support@freshontable.com with details of your Order ID as well as the issue you faced.

Is there a delivery Fee applicable on the order?

Yes, there is a delivery fee of 10 AED on orders less than AED 100. This is to make our marketplace ecosystem & logistics sustainable.

Are your products locally sourced?

Yes, all the sellers on our platform are carefully hand-picked by us and they sell only locally grown products as we strive to promote and support the local communities and reduce the food miles and eventually the carbon footprint of the food coming from the farm to your table.

How many Coupon Codes can I apply?

You can apply only ONE coupon code per order.

Where can I find my Tax Invoice?

The customers will receive physical/digital tax invoices for the order raised from FreshOnTable DwC LLC along with the products after a successful delivery has been done.
